The role within Aqurance:
The Market Research Senior Executive is responsible for leading market research projects from A to Z as part of an exciting and highly supportive research team with the ultimate goal of providing evidence-based insights and consultative advice to our clients, which will assist them in their decision-making processes. The candidate will play an important role in our talented team, and he/she will help clients tackle their business questions.

The right candidate to apply for this job is a degree holder from a leading institution related to Market Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields, with at least 3-4 years of proven working experience in Quantitative market research.

You have strong experience on various projects (i.e. new product/concept launch, new market positioning/strategy, advertising tests, B2B, customer satisfaction, A&U, segmentation & profiling, trackers, etc.)
You can demonstrate your expertise in the development, management and review of market research, data analysis, insights identification or other related research-driven practice.
You can work under pressure and manage tight deadlines requiring strong prioritization.
You are resourceful, creative, and passionate about your work. You genuinely care for it and appreciate the need to deliver high-quality output.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
You demonstrate good organizational and time-management skills.
You present your creative problem-solving and analytical skills in your work.
You enjoy data mining through available data sets, and have excellent skills in interpreting information and creatively presenting the story that unfolds in the discovered data patterns.
You have a strong orientation towards teamwork, collaboration, and support of colleagues, always maintaining a positive approach towards challenging situations. You love sharing your knowledge with your peers.
You are polite, creative, punctual, and thorough with attention to detail.
Possessing skills and experience on the following areas will benefit you:
Previous working experience in a corporate environment is desirable. Related professional certifications are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are required.

- Analyze datasets & research data.
